Orders and Payments

Event Bookings

When booking the Atelier Elixir Perfume Bar experience, a deposit may be required to secure the event date.

Additional terms may apply to event bookings, including:

  • Final guest count confirmation

  • Travel fees for locations outside Houston

  • Event duration and service details

Full payment may be required prior to the event date.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all fragrance sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.

Event booking deposits may be non-refundable depending on the booking agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, product names, text, and designs, are the property of Atelier Elixirand may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
